I just received my first order from Zappos. They upgraded my delivery to free overnight UPS even though I’m a first time customer! No wonder why they’re so successful.

Bought some stuff for my trip to SXSW coming up next week: a backpack, some Teva walking shoes, a pair of khakis and a few other odds and ends.

The great thing is if the shoes and pants don’t fit, I can return them easily via free return shipping and get an exchange, credit or refund. My choice. Customer service at its best. Off to a good start. :-)
